Information we collect
WedAGI collects the information needed to run your wedding venue search. This may include:
- Account and contact details such as phone number, name and email address.
- Wedding brief details such as date, city or region, guest count, room count, budget band, food rules, event needs, venue mood and brand preferences.
- Payment details such as Razorpay order or payment identifiers, payment status, amount, timestamps and refund status where applicable.
- Support messages, venue replies and notes connected with your search.
- Service records such as your search reference, status and reply history.
Razorpay payments: the public launch flow is designed around Razorpay checkout. Please avoid sending unnecessary banking or card information in support messages.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create your WedAGI account and connect it to your venue search.
- Set up and confirm your ₹1,999 search fee through Razorpay before we begin.
- Prepare clear venue enquiries based on the details you share.
- Contact relevant venues, collect replies and organize those replies for comparison.
- Handle support, corrections, duplicate payments, refund reviews and operational quality checks.
- Protect the service against misuse, false submissions and unauthorized access.
Analytics and advertising tools
With your permission, WedAGI uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand visits, signups, checkout starts, verified purchases and campaign performance. The browser tool may collect device, browser, page and event information such as viewed pages and button clicks. The server tool receives a verified-purchase event and privacy-protected matching data after Razorpay confirms payment.
These tools help us improve the launch funnel and measure paid campaigns. They do not receive full Razorpay payment details or your wedding brief from WedAGI. You can choose “Only necessary” in the website privacy prompt, or reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining optional measurement does not stop account, payment or security features from working.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep account, search, payment and support records for as long as needed to run your search, handle disputes, maintain accounting records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for WedAGI records, including restricted access for operational review. No internet service is perfectly secure, so please avoid uploading unnecessary private information.
WedAGI is intended for adults arranging wedding venue searches. Please do not use WedAGI if you are under 18.
