Using WedAGI
By using WedAGI, creating a search, paying through Razorpay or asking us to contact venues, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice and the Refund Policy.
If you are using WedAGI for a family or group, you confirm that you have permission to submit the wedding requirements and contact details you provide.
What WedAGI does
WedAGI is a wedding venue concierge and information-collection service. We use your brief to prepare structured venue enquiries, contact relevant venues where possible, follow up, and organize venue replies so you can compare availability, rooms, food rules, quote terms and related details.
WedAGI may use a mix of AI-assisted and human steps to prepare enquiries, manage replies and support your search.
Payments and refunds
The WedAGI search fee is ₹1,999 unless the product shows a different amount at checkout. Payment is collected through Razorpay. We begin contacting venues only after your Razorpay payment is successful and your search is ready.
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. The search fee is separate from any venue deposit, venue booking advance or event payment.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate wedding details, contact details and payment information.
- Submit only information you are authorized to share.
- Review venue replies, commercial terms, taxes, inclusions and contract conditions before booking.
- Confirm all important details directly with the venue before paying a venue or signing a contract.
- Use WedAGI lawfully and avoid scraping, spam, false submissions or attempts to access other people's searches.
Venue terms and no guarantees
Venues are independent from WedAGI. Final availability, pricing, taxes, minimum guarantees, room blocks, inclusions, quote validity, deposit terms, event execution and booking confirmation come from the venue.
WedAGI does not guarantee venue availability, response times, discounts, booking success, contract execution, event delivery or the accuracy of a venue's later changes. You should independently verify all venue information before making a booking decision.
Communications, data and content
You authorize WedAGI to contact you about login, payment, your search status, venue replies, support and refund reviews using the phone number, email address or other contact details you provide.
You also authorize WedAGI to share relevant brief details with venues for the purpose of requesting availability, room inventory, food-rule information, commercial terms and related venue answers. Razorpay payment details are not sent to venues.
The WedAGI name, brand, website, product design, copy and templates belong to WedAGI or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or misuse them.
Availability, changes and liability
WedAGI is a launch service and may change, pause, improve or discontinue parts of the product. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free service or that every venue contact will reply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedAGI is not responsible for venue acts or omissions, venue cancellations, event delivery, lost opportunity, indirect losses or decisions you make based on venue replies. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
